Each week our members provide the opportunity for people with dementia and their carers to meet for a little exercise, a chat over a cup of coffee and generally enjoy a break from the confines of home. 

A Birthday? We provide a cake and enjoy a little celebration.  

Christmas? We make it a special occasion.
