To asist the caterer, please register your attendance by 3.30 pm the Friday before the meeting.

CANCELLATIONS?  Please note: numbers are given to the caterer 3 days before the meeting and therefore payment may still be required for cancellations after that time.

NO NEED to enter a prior apology if not attending, as registration is for catering numbers only.

Please pay the $40 dinner fee at the bar on arrival.

Community Service Awards Dinner at St Ives Club (Address below).

This event is to acknowledge the outstanding individuals in our community who have undertaken volunteering (unpaid) for a number of years and always go that extra mile. 

It is truly a great way to thank the unpaid volunteers for what they undertake in a variety of areas of community service.

Date: Monday night 2 November 2026
Time: 6.30 for 7.00pm dinner
Cost: $40 pp covers dinner and room hire.
No payment required for Community Service Award Nominees.
Drinks may be purchased separately at the bar.

NOTE -  To confirm numbers for catering please book before 3.30pm Monday 26 October. As we pay our caterer in advance, we cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations after that time.

• No ticket will be issued, please attend the Rotary 'door team' table at front door to have your attendance recorded
