The Rotary Club of Ku-ring-gai will not share your personal information which you provide while making a booking with third parties.

• Credit card details are NOT held on this site and you enter them in a SECURE environment
• We will securely file your name and email address and may use it to advise you of future events conducted by Ku-ring-gai Rotary.
• Cookies may be used to ‘remember’ your name and email to simplify data entry for you if you book a future event, by ‘auto-populating’ your details on the booking form.

No Refunds

As our club functions are fundraising events to raise funds for our selected Rotary charity, cancellations are treated as donations. Refunds are not automatically provided unless requested.
